Meet Bridget

Bridget is a Charlotte native and has lived in North Carolina her entire life. She is the proud owner of two precious kitties named Bubbles and Tiger. She named her first cat Bubbles because of how big and bubbly her eyes are and her second kitty Tiger because of the “tiger” stripes she has.

In her free time she enjoys drawing, going hiking, and spending time with family and friends. She is very responsible and mature for her age and absolutely loves spending time and caring for all of her furry friends.

Meet Lauren

Lauren grew up in Florence, SC and spent the past 15 years living in Myrtle Beach. She has recently moved to the LKN area and loves it! Her favorite things are working with animals and spending time with her 3 daughters. She also enjoys working outside in the yard, especially mowing the grass.

She cheers for her favorite teams on weekends, including her top 3 teams: Gamecock football, Rangers hockey, and Giants football. She can beat anyone in a game of darts and bowls in her free time. She enjoys listening to country music and her favorite food is shrimp.

Meet Danielle

Danielle is the proud owner of a German shepherd named Leo. She moved to LKN from upstate NY and has been loving all that the area has to offer! Her favorite things to do include hiking with Leo, spending time with friends/family, and traveling.

She recently graduated from an occupational therapy assistant program and plans to eventually become certified in animal-assisted therapy. She is excited to spend time with and care for your fur babies!

Meet Mindy

Mindy has been an avid animal lover all her life. She volunteers for several rescues, and has fostered and helped adopt out many wonderful dogs over the last six years. She has three dogs, including her “foster fail” Lily.

Mindy loves spending time and traveling with her husband and two kids. She enjoys hiking with friends, golf and reading. She looks forward to meeting and caring for your fur babies!

Meet Margo

Margo grew up in Southern California, but has lived in North Carolina for 25 years raising her family. She has been a preschool teacher for 20 years. Children and pets are her passion! She worked as a pet sitter in Cary, NC for two years. She loves spending time with her dog, Keah, along with her two grandpups and one grandkitten!

She enjoys playing tennis and exercising. She is looking to adopt another dog or cat soon and can’t wait to spend time with your fur kid(s)!

Meet Karen

Karen moved to Mooresville from Connecticut a year and a half ago. She can’t imagine being anywhere else. Her love for animals goes as far back as she does. Growing up she always knew she wanted to be a mother to children with and without fur!!

Being 1 of 5 children animals were not apart of her household so when she moved out and bought her first house a dog was top of the list. Bear was her first dog and will always have a piece of her heart. She is a very proud mother to 3 boys and 2 furry babies Lola and Tanner.

Meet Brad

Brad is a native of Iredell County, having grown up in Statesville and now living in Mooresville. He loves taking care of all kinds of animals and giving them the love and attention they deserve. He becomes fast friends every dog and cat he meets!

Brad enjoys traveling with his girlfriend Lauren, playing music, going out for relaxing dinners and taking their beloved dog Kolby to the park. There is nothing better than seeing an animal happy and content!

Meet Kayla

Kayla moved to the Mooresville area in 2017 from New York City. She has been working in the pet sitting industry for the past three years taking care of dogs, cats, birds, and various exotic animals. She is a dog mom to two beautiful black labs, Georgia and Bama.

In her spare time she likes staying active and going on car rides with her family. She can’t wait to meet your fur babies and exotic babies alike!

Meet Amanda

Amanda is a Mooresville native and after living in Australia for 7 years she moved back home in 2020 to start a new chapter of her life. She loves any animal she meets, especially her “niece” and “nephew” pups and cats!

She also loves children and she helps run the children’s ministry at her church in Mooresville. In her spare time you can find her reading, playing games, putting puzzles together or spending time with friends. She’s so excited to join our team and spend time with all your fur babies.

Meet Maureen

Maureen is originally from NJ and recently moved to Huntersville from Summerville, South Carolina where she was a Real Estate agent. She is enjoying the Lake Norman area, especially being close to her two adult daughters (who both foster for a local rescue).

When she isn’t taking care of her grand pups, Goldie and Max (both foster fails), she loves boating, hiking, gardening and sewing. She enjoys being active and spends as much time outdoors and in her flower garden as she can. She loves taking care of animals and looks forward to meeting some new furry friends!

Meet John

John is an experienced sitter in the Mooresville area who enjoys caring for, playing and exercising with pups. His hobbies include coaching kid’s lacrosse, camping, snowboarding and spending time with his favorite fur ball, Ruby.

He looks forward to meeting you and your energetic fur kids!

Meet Marie

Marie moved to Mooresville in September 2021 from Apex, NC to be closer to all of her family and she is loving this beautiful area! After taking a break from her career in nursing she has now found more time for her other love…animals. She volunteers at a local shelter and dog sits for family and friends.

She has two rescue dogs, Tucker and “Lucky” Penny who are completely spoiled and brighten each day. She enjoys anything outside and spends time hiking, gardening and time on the lake. She is dependable, trustworthy and loving to all animals and she is excited to meet and take care of your furry kids.

Meet Daisy

Daisy was born in California, but spent most of her life in the Charlotte area. Her 20s were spent traveling the United States with her beloved dog Frankie, a spotted rescue pup from Louisiana. She has since added two more rescue dogs to her family, Louise & Hershel.

Her favorite things to do are draw, paint, swim, travel, and watch movies on rainy days. Daisy has experience with all types of animals, exotic pets included and loved! She looks forward to meeting you and caring for your furry family!

Meet Cathy

Cathy moved to Charlotte from the San Francisco Bay Area in 2004. After spending 12 years in south Charlotte, she and her husband moved to Davidson in 2016 and couldn’t be happier. She grew up with animals including dogs, cats and a horse. She has also been a mom to a long-haired calico cat and 3 German shepherd dogs. Her youngest shepherd Mia is an energetic and loving 2 year old.

She has an MBA in Economics and spent the early part of her career in HR/Benefits consulting. After moving to Charlotte she was able to pursue her passion for running marathons and worked in sales and management at local running stores. But her first love is animals and as a pet owner she. knows how important it is to have someone reliable and loving to care for your pets when you can’t be there.

In her free time she loves hiking or walking the Davidson Greenway with her husband and Mia, working out, studying French and traveling.

Meet Michelle

Michelle is originally from Lumberton, NC and moved to Charlotte, NC in 2015. She moved to Huntersville 3 years ago. She has always had a special place in her heart for animals. She has a female Pomeranian that she enjoys taking on walks and giving her lots of cuddles!

She enjoys spending time outdoors, working out, traveling and trying out new restaurants. She can’t wait to spend time with and care for your precious fur babies!

Meet Ayadra

Ayadra is a December 2022 graduate of UNCP with a Bachelors in Science in Interdisplinary Studies with a minor in Sociology. She joined the Lakeside family in late October 2022 and has been loving it ever since.

She is a lover of all animals and cannot wait to meet your babies 🐶🐱🐹🐰🐮🐷🐸🐍🐢 She has two parakeets named Sage (white) and Max(green) and has had multiple dogs since she was little. she is super excited to meet you and is thankful for being trusted to care for your babies!

Meet Tori

Tori moved from southeast Michigan to Troutman, NC in 2016. She has always loved animals and always had a cat and a dog growing up. She also has owned guinea pigs, rats, and a ferret and currently has a cat and a green cheek conure. In her free time she enjoys watching TV shows and movies.

She also enjoys video games and the characters that utilize pets because of how much she love animals. She cannot wait to meet & care for your furry loved ones!

Meet Marnee

Marnee was born up North and raised in NC. Ever since she was little, she has been surrounded and owned many different types of pets, including exotic animals and reptiles of all sorts. She grew up helping in animal hospitals and always wanted to be a vet, but life took her on a different path and led her to having her favorite job ever, being able to care for your fur babies!

In her spare time, she spends it with her 9 year old son and her fiancé; as well as her cat, German Shepard, and Staffordshire Terrier mix.

Meet Sheridan

Sheridan has lived in Mooresville her whole life. She has always had a love for animals of all kinds! Outside of work and school, she enjoys going to the beach, concerts and playing volleyball.

She also has a passion for being active in the gym and enjoying the outdoors as much as possible. She is currently pursuing a nursing degree at UNCW.

Meet Jacque

Jacque (pronounced Jackie) absolutely adores caring for all kinds of animals! She has owned several species throughout her life and has always dreamed of becoming a Veterinarian. Instead she has a BS degree in Psychology and one day would love to be an animal-assisted therapist!

She is a firm believer that animals truly bring the best out in people and help in so many ways. She is honored to care for your precious fur babies!

Meet Chrissy

Chrissy is originally from NJ and moved to NC in 2022 after living in CA for several years. She loves the beauty of Lake Norman and is thrilled to be living in the area. Chrissy is a mom to two adopted kitties named Fonzi and Chachi. She is an avid animal lover and really loves spending time with them! As a fur baby mom, she understands how important it is knowing your fur babies are in good hands and will receive the love and attention they deserve.

In her spare time she enjoys outdoor activities including hiking, kayaking, traveling, going to the beach, and exploring new areas. She looks forward to meeting your beloved fur babies!

Meet Ami

Ami recently moved to NC from the Northeast and loves living near the lake. She grew up with pets and has been surrounded by them throughout her life. Ami has 3 grown sons, and is the proud owner of an elderly Peagle named Humphrey, a sweet boxer-mix rescue named Daisy, a feisty Aussie-doodle named Violet, and a recent rescue addition-a small hound with the most loving personality, Cooper.

When she’s not helping her rescue with rehabilitation from a needed hip operation, Ami is often out for a walks- long ones with her big girls who enjoy it immensely. Ami also enjoys reading, biking, and floating on the lake or ocean.

Meet Cat

Catherine is mommy first and enjoys spending her time with her little boys and family! She has a Siamese cat named Margot Robbie (named after the actress) and loves being outdoors and enjoys hiking, history, discovering new places, and long runs. She is very energetic and bubbly and caring for animals has been a huge part of her life since she was a little girl. She grew up in a horse farm caring for their 3 horses, Romeo, Cookie, Sage & Dutchess and her two golden retrievers Daisy and Lucky. She was also trained in competitive Equestrian Hunter Jumping.

She enjoys volunteering with friends at the local Humane societies in her free time. She is so happy to be apart of the Lakeside pet family and get to spend so much time loving on everyone’s fur babies!

Meet Riley

Riley grew up in Atlanta, Georgia and has spent the past eleven years traveling the world collecting degrees, furry friends, and unforgettable experiences. She was raised in a pro-canine household and is a relatively recent feline convert thanks to her husband. Life brought Riley to Mooresville, North Carolina in 2021 where she has finally planted roots. She lives in a super cute cottage with her husband and their rescued feline daughter, Heidi.

She believes loving our furry, feathered, hairless, and scaley babies is one of the keys to living a deeply fulfilling life. She also believes that we are all here to serve and chooses to serve this world by caring for our pawed and clawed family members. She is excited to offer the highest quality of care to your guardian(s) of the home space!

Meet Gryphon

Gryphon has lived in North Carolina all his life and is in love with the Mooresville area and its beautiful scenery and wildlife. He prefers to spend his time outside, barefoot, with a camera, and is rarely seen without his four legged best friend, Dio.

He is a Digital Media Specialist (when he’s not being a Professional Cat Bed) and in his free time he loves to play guitar and drums and create photoshop art. He’s never met an animal he didn’t love, from puppies to possums!

Meet Brittani

Brittani moved to Mooresville NC in 2011 from upstate NY. She has 6 years of veterinary assistant experience and an associates degree in Animal Management/Zoology.

She loves all types of animals and enjoys pet sitting! Her furry family consists of 3 horses, a golden retriever, a mini Aussie and 2 cats. In her free time she enjoys horseback riding, water sports, camping, hiking and paddle boarding with her pups. She looks forward to caring for your fur babies the way you would want them to be cared for while you are away.

Meet Nicole

Nicole is an avid animal lover and foster mom to pups in need. She moved to Mooresville from New York 8 years ago and has since enjoyed the weather. She enjoys being outside and active and currently operates a Lacrosse Club, LaxElite, based out of Charlotte.

In her free time she is with family, friends and her dog Luna. She is a responsible and caring individual and looks forward to caring for your furry babies!

Meet Katie

Katie has been living in Mooresville for a little over two years. She is originally from Pennsylvania and lived in Arizona for five years before moving to North Carolina. Katie is the fur mom to Rickie the Chihuahua (named after Rickie Fowler the golfer) and Mannie the Terrier mix (named after Manny Machado the baseball player).

In her free time she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, reading, watching sports, taking her dogs for walks, and endeavors to visit every Major League Baseball stadium. Katie is friendly, outgoing, and eager to meet your furry family members.
